This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name www.gumohh.com ("Website"), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "Platform").
The Platform is owned by GUMOHH TRAVELTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at Mewar Industrial Area, Road No 4, Upper SBI ATM, Udaipur, India (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Platform Owner. Your use of services offered on the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during registration and thereafter. You are fully responsible for all actions taken through your registered account.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information provided on the Platform. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
The contents of the Platform and the Services are proprietary to us and are licensed to us. You will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents. The contents includes and is not limited to the design, layout, look and graphics.
You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Platform and/or the Services may lead to action against you as per these Terms of Use and/or applicable laws.
You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.
You agree not to use the Platform and/or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you.
You agree and acknowledge that the Platform and the Services may contain links to third party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and such other policies of such third party websites. These links are provided solely for your convenience.
You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of Your breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or other Policies, or Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
This Privacy Policy describes how GUMOHH TRAVELTECH PRIVATE LIMITED and its affiliates (collectively "we", "our", "us") collect, use, share, protect or otherwise process your personal data through our website www.gumohh.com ("Platform"). By visiting or using the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and this Privacy Policy.
We collect personal data when you use our Platform, services or otherwise interact with us during the course of our relationship. This includes but is not limited to information provided during sign-up or registration such as name, date of birth, address, contact information and identity/address proofs as required under applicable laws.
We use personal data to provide the services you request, enhance user experience, resolve disputes, troubleshoot issues, inform you about offers, customize interactions, detect fraud, enforce terms and conduct surveys and analysis as necessary.
We may share your personal data internally within our group entities, affiliates and third-party service providers including logistics partners, payment providers and marketing channels, as required for the provision of services or under applicable law.
We adopt reasonable security practices and procedures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse. However, transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure and certain inherent risks remain outside our control.

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within fourteen (14) days of booking the service. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the booking has already been confirmed with the travel partner, tickets have been issued, accommodation has been reserved, or the service delivery process has commenced.
Bookings that are time-sensitive or perishable in nature (including but not limited to last-minute tickets, festival/event-based travel, or special promotional fares) are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
In the event that a user experiences a demonstrable deficiency in service quality attributable directly to us or our listed service partners, such matters must be reported to our customer service team within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled service date. Upon verification, a refund or partial compensation may be processed at our discretion and in accordance with partner terms.
Where applicable, claims relating to third-party travel partners, transport operators, accommodation providers or service vendors shall be redirected to the respective entity under their policies and warranties.
In case of an approved refund, it will take up to thirty (30) days for the amount to be processed and credited to the original mode of payment, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
